To keep our prices low and to remain competitive, please donate the following items:

Styrofoam hamburger boxes or small plates for bakery, small plastic forks, napkins for bakery/bar, and plastic cups for the bar.

Hall & Damage Deposits

Hall Deposits:

Upper Hall $400

Lower Hall $100

Hall deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions.

Hall deposits are deducted from your final total.

Damage deposits:

Upper Hall $200

Lower Hall $100

Damage deposits are refunded within 10 business days if no damages occurred to the building, its contents and property.

Cancellation & Damage Rules

Events may be rescheduled for a later date at the original prices and can be put on hold for no more than one year from original event date. If a representative is not contacted within the above time limit, your deposit will be forfeited. Only one rescheduling is permitted at no additional charge, there after a penalty of $250 for each occurrence will apply. Penalty charges are not deducted or included in any event totals.

Damage deposits are not refunded if decorations, personal property, and any client supplied items are not removed. Damage deposits not to be used for any other purpose regardless of client’s request.
